1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address when you create an account, and the bank statement PDFs you upload for processing. We also collect basic usage analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

Uploaded PDFs are processed by AI to extract transaction data, categorize spending, and generate insights. Your data is used solely to provide the service to you.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your files are stored encrypted in secure cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. PDFs are processed in memory and not retained beyond what is needed to deliver results.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase for authentication and storage, Stripe for payments, and Anthropic's Claude for AI processing. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete any statement and its associated data from your dashboard at any time. When you delete a statement, all extracted transactions, insights, and the original PDF are permanently removed.
